1 Graham cracker pie shell
3 Egg yolks
2 tsp Lime zest
3/4 cup Fresh lime juice, about 12 limes
3 tbs Orange juice
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
Whipped cream & lime slices to decorate

3. Gently pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 12-16 minutes, or until filling is just set (if it wiggles a little in the middle that’s ok!).

4. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before covering and chilling for at least 4 hours before serving.

5. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and lime slices, if desired.
